Delivery

We aim to send pictures on the day that we receive your order, but please allow up to 7 days. If you require

your order urgently or delivered on a specific day, please leave us a message during the checkout process or contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate you. Your order will be sent either by Royal Mail or

our courier, depending on the size of the picture. 


Shipping Rates

We only ship pictures from this web site to the countries in the UK.  If you require overseas postage, please contact us for details - cahmarshall@hotmail.com or 07941 092264.

Order total up to £30 - shipping rate £3 within the UK

Order total £30 - £100 - shipping rate £5 within the UK

Order total over £100 - shipping rate £7 within the UK


There is no VAT charged on products from this site.

Returns and Refunds

For any undamaged product in perfect condition, simply return it in its original packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please note i) that products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased and ii) we do not cover the cost of return postage, so please ensure that you obtain proof of postage. Returns address: Wick Park Cottage, Farringdon Hill, Stogursey, Bridgwater TA5 1TJ. .


We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.


Damaged Goods


If a picture arrives with you in a damaged state, please contact us immediately: cahmarshall@hotmail.com or 07941 092264.

We will send a new picture in exchange and reimburse the return postal charges.
