Delivery
We aim to send pictures on the day that we receive your order, but please allow up to 7 days.

If you require your order urgently or need it delivered on a specific day, please leave us a message during the
checkout process or contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate you.

Your order will be sent either by Royal Mail or our courier, depending on the size of the picture. 


Shipping Rates
We only ship pictures from this web site to the countries in the UK.

Order total up to £30 - shipping rate £3 within the UK

Order total £30 - £100 - shipping rate £5 within the UK

Order total over £100 - shipping rate £7 within the UK

There is no VAT charged on products from this site.
 

Returns and Refunds
For any undamaged product in perfect condition, simply return it in its original packaging along with the original paperwork

within 14 days of the date that you receive the product and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please note i) products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased

and ii) we do not cover the cost of return postage, so please ensure that you obtain proof of postage.

Damaged Goods
If a picture arrives with you in a damaged state, please contact us immediately: cahmarshall@hotmail.com or 07941 092264.
We will send a new picture in exchange and reimburse the return postal charges.
